CONSTRUCTIONS OF SYSTEMS OF TECHNICAL GASES SUPPORT

Scheme 1. System of technical gases support as a part of industrial equipment

 1-1

1) ASE

2) О2– oxygen tank ЦТК

3) N – nitrogen tank ЦТК

4) Н - ejector pump of big performance

5) Gasifier О2

6) Gasifier N

7) Bowser О2

8) Bowser N

9) Oxygen distribution ramp (gear shield)

10) Refilling ramp О2in gas cylinders

11) Refilling ramp N in gas cylinders

12) Filling in cryocylinders

Benefits:

  1. The company becomes an independent supplier of oxygen for their needs
  2. Possibility of selling excess product
  3. High quality of oxygen from 99,7-99,9
  4. High quality of nitrogen from 99,9-99,9999
  5. Possibility of obtaining a license for the supply of received products for medicine

Disadvantages:

  1. Keeping a large number of qualified personnel
  2. Equipment must be under the control of Rostekhnadzor
  3. The price of cryogenic production is determined by capacity (the higher the capacity, the lower the cost price of the products)
  4. Supply of engineering communications
    1. water
    2. electricity
    3. heating

Scheme 2. System of supply of technical gases as part of the gasifier and gasification equipment ГУ (large wholesale 18-25 m3)

 2-1

Benefits:

  1. Reducing the number of service personnel compared with the scheme 1
  2. Reducing the number of
  3. Possibility of renting equipment (gasifier and equipment ГУ-2)
  4. No need of engineering communications supply
  5. Small energy consumption

Disadvantages:

  1. Customer becomes dependent on Supplier (weather conditions)
  2. Possibility of changing price by the Supplier
  3. No ability to work with medical institutions (because of absence of license from Manufacturer)
  4. The equipment must be under the control of Rostekhnadzor

Scheme 3. System providing technical gases as a part of stationary gasifiers

3-1

Benefits:

  1. Reducing the number of service personnel as compared with the scheme 1
  2. Reducing the number of machinery
  3. Possibility of renting equipment
  4. No need of engineering communications supply
  5. Small energy consumption
  6. Not subordinated to Rostechnadzor

Disadvantages:

  1. Customer becomes dependent on Supplier (weather conditions)
  2. Possibility of changing price by the Supplier
  3. No ability to work with medical institutions (because of absence of license from Manufacturer)
  4. Small wholesale, resulting in a high price from the Supplier

Scheme 4. System providing technical gases as part of portable and stationary gasifiers

4-1

Benefits:

  1. Reducing the number of service personnel as compared with the scheme 1
  2. Reducing the number of machinery
  3. Possibility of renting equipment
  4. No need of engineering communications supply
  5. Small energy consumption
  6. Not subordinated to Rostechnadzor
  7. Cheaper production cost due to the use of transportable gasifiers

Disadvantages:

  1. Customer become more dependent on Supplier (weather conditions)
  2. Possibility of changing price by the Supplier
  3. No ability to work with medical institutions (because of absence of license from Manufacturer)
    Need to buy cryocylinders

Scheme 5. System providing technical gases as part of transportable gasifiers

5-1

Benefits:

  1. Reducing the number of service personnel as compared with the scheme 1
  2. Reducing the number of machinery
  3. Possibility of renting equipment
  4. No need of engineering communications supply
  5. Small energy consumption
  6. Not subordinated to Rostechnadzor
  7. Cheaper production cost due to the use of transportable gasifiers
  8. No need to buy cryocylinders, delivery is carried out by the Supplier

Disadvantages:

  1. Customer become more dependent on Supplier
  2. Possibility of changing price by the Supplier
  3. No ability to work with medical institutions (because of absence of license from Manufacturer)
    Need to buy cryocylinders

Scheme 6. System providing technical gases in cylinders and discharge lamps

6-1

Benefits:

  1. Delivery of the finished product is carried out by the Supplier

Disadvantages:

  1. Customer become more dependent on Supplier
  2. Ability to change the price by Supplier
  3. No ability to work with medical institutions (because of absence of license from Manufacturer)
  4. The highest cost price
  5. A small volume of supplied product
