Membrane Air Separators
Our enterprise conducts production of membrane generators of nitrogen of modular type. Concentration of obtained nitrogen at the outlet of the unit makes up to 99%, the capacity is limited only by quantity of applied modules.
All units are mounted into specially developed containers with systems of ventilation, heating and fire suppression. Containers are made of sandwich panels, wall thickness of which is selected in dependence to climate version.
The basic principle of membrane nitrogen obtaining is selective penetration of nitrogen through hollow-fiber polymeric membranes. At high pressure, division of air at the surface of membrane takes place; quick gases (hydrogen, carbon dioxide, oxygen) manage to get through membrane fiber, whereas slow ones (nitrogen, carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons) get accumulated and withdrawn separately.
