Construction of the cryogenic systems
CONSTRUCTIONS OF SYSTEMS OF TECHNICAL GASES SUPPORT
Scheme 1. System of technical gases support as a part of industrial equipment
1) ASE 2) О2– oxygen tank ЦТК 3) N – nitrogen tank ЦТК 4) Н - ejector pump of big performance 5) Gasifier О2 6) Gasifier N |
7) Bowser О2 8) Bowser N 9) Oxygen distribution ramp (gear shield) 10) Refilling ramp О2in gas cylinders 11) Refilling ramp N in gas cylinders 12) Filling in cryocylinders |
Benefits:
- The company becomes an independent supplier of oxygen for their needs
- Possibility of selling excess product
- High quality of oxygen from 99,7-99,9
- High quality of nitrogen from 99,9-99,9999
- Possibility of obtaining a license for the supply of received products for medicine
Disadvantages:
- Keeping a large number of qualified personnel
- Equipment must be under the control of Rostekhnadzor
- The price of cryogenic production is determined by capacity (the higher the capacity, the lower the cost price of the products)
- Supply of engineering communications
- water
- electricity
- heating
Scheme 2. System of supply of technical gases as part of the gasifier and gasification equipment ГУ (large wholesale 18-25 m3)
Benefits:
- Reducing the number of service personnel compared with the scheme 1
- Reducing the number of
- Possibility of renting equipment (gasifier and equipment ГУ-2)
- No need of engineering communications supply
- Small energy consumption
Disadvantages:
- Customer becomes dependent on Supplier (weather conditions)
- Possibility of changing price by the Supplier
- No ability to work with medical institutions (because of absence of license from Manufacturer)
- The equipment must be under the control of Rostekhnadzor
Scheme 3. System providing technical gases as a part of stationary gasifiers
Benefits:
- Reducing the number of service personnel as compared with the scheme 1
- Reducing the number of machinery
- Possibility of renting equipment
- No need of engineering communications supply
- Small energy consumption
- Not subordinated to Rostechnadzor
Disadvantages:
- Customer becomes dependent on Supplier (weather conditions)
- Possibility of changing price by the Supplier
- No ability to work with medical institutions (because of absence of license from Manufacturer)
- Small wholesale, resulting in a high price from the Supplier
Scheme 4. System providing technical gases as part of portable and stationary gasifiers
Benefits:
- Reducing the number of service personnel as compared with the scheme 1
- Reducing the number of machinery
- Possibility of renting equipment
- No need of engineering communications supply
- Small energy consumption
- Not subordinated to Rostechnadzor
- Cheaper production cost due to the use of transportable gasifiers
Disadvantages:
- Customer become more dependent on Supplier (weather conditions)
- Possibility of changing price by the Supplier
- No ability to work with medical institutions (because of absence of license from Manufacturer)
Need to buy cryocylinders
Scheme 5. System providing technical gases as part of transportable gasifiers
Benefits:
- Reducing the number of service personnel as compared with the scheme 1
- Reducing the number of machinery
- Possibility of renting equipment
- No need of engineering communications supply
- Small energy consumption
- Not subordinated to Rostechnadzor
- Cheaper production cost due to the use of transportable gasifiers
- No need to buy cryocylinders, delivery is carried out by the Supplier
Disadvantages:
- Customer become more dependent on Supplier
- Possibility of changing price by the Supplier
- No ability to work with medical institutions (because of absence of license from Manufacturer)
Need to buy cryocylinders
Scheme 6. System providing technical gases in cylinders and discharge lamps
Benefits:
- Delivery of the finished product is carried out by the Supplier
Disadvantages:
- Customer become more dependent on Supplier
- Ability to change the price by Supplier
- No ability to work with medical institutions (because of absence of license from Manufacturer)
- The highest cost price
- A small volume of supplied product
