Liquefied gas pump
Single-line or multi-piston pumps of liquefied gases high-speed with manual adjustment of the flow, by changing the number of double strokes of piston, ranging from 100% to 40% and with compact spur gearbox is used for pumping liquefied gases: argon, nitrogen, oxygen in air separation or gasification plants.
Through the use of the pumps of liquefied gases in stationary and mobile gasification units provided by the continuity of the gasification process and results with minimal losses and at the desired pressure of the gaseous products in line or for filling the recipient. In comparison with the use of compressors, it gives significant energy savings during the gasification process.
The use of the pumps of liquefied gases, composed of air separation plants ensures in the course of their working campaign the continuity of the separation process and eliminates the need for the drying unit of the product, the compressor, the gas tank, which allows to reduce the cost of maintaining stations and structures.
Liquefied gas pump is:
- Reliability and simplicity of design main components: reducer, the mechanism of movement and regulation cylinder group.
- Smooth the mechanical capacity regulation.
- Increased speed and therefore improved dimensional and weight characteristics.
- Powered by a standard AC mains voltage of 380 V and frequency 50 Hz.
